95" Build
« on: May 03, 2006, 12:25:54 AM »

Here's a dyno sheet from a 95" build I did in an 04 Ultra. Many of you from the area have seen the bike here during the Bling parties.

The build is:
JE Forged popup pistons
Woods W8G cams
Baisley bypass spring
Heads ported and polished by Hannan's machine shop
Power Commander PCIII usb
Rinehart True Duals
SE Stage 1 AC kit

No, Not a requirement in my book. I did recommend them but the customer was pushing the limits of his wallet.

The one that was a rolling chassis for the longest......actually, I thought it was a yard ornament there for awhile.  ;D Nice dyno for a 95"  Hell, now you just gave Jon another fit. [smiley=nervous.gif]

Yep, That's the one....I rolled that thing in and out of the shop so many times it needed a new set of tires before it left here [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]. (Damn Painters)

When I talked with Bobby Woods he had recommended roller rockers from .570 and up .I was looking at the TW5G.

That was one of the reasons I opted for milder cams (tw31G) , but I'm still happy with 98hp/101lbs ft
