Ordered fatcat and Hpi 55mm to 58 manifold today.Will install next week and get it dyno tuned.I will post sheet when i get it.Going to ride it for a few weeks and see if thats all i need.

Good option, let us know how it turns out.  Still working my build, but haven't changed out the TB or injectors (yet). Would be interesting to see if you get a noticeable difference.

The superior intake and exhaust system, will not help cure the 255 school-bus cam, from nosing over, around 4500 rpms, but it is a very good step, in the right direction.
Fatcat, with the Big-Bore baffle? 1.800" intake port manifold? :)

I know the cam is not the best but want to see how it runs with the pipe and TB .My friend just spent a boat load of money to make his 96 a 107 with  cams TB  high comp pistons etc. and i stay right with him the way my bike sits right now .Maybe another 10 hp and tq will be just right for me if I get those numbers out of it.

your heading in the right direction... do your own work, you'll be more proud of the outcome and more $$$  (did is say a lot more$$$$) for MORE projects...  fun things should never end    :2vrolijk_21:
