You may have some other issues. Every vehicle I have Sirius or XM has the same issue but I can easily hear each in any vehicle by just turning up the volume. I have a 2010 Ultra but had it on a 2008, same thing. Signal problems corrected by placing antenna outside the fairing but I have been able to hear ok at 80 mph +/- with no problem. Amp is stock, Boom speakers and Hogtune tweeter bar. I think I could hear with stock speakers just clarity improved.
