That looks great. Did you put it on yourself? I had wanted the fender light that looks kinda like that for the front until I found out I couldn't.
Only thing that I noticed that would bother me is do you have to remove the CVO badge to mount them? I guess you could reuse it on the tour pack.

Looks nice you can never have to much light especially in the back of these things.

No, my local dealer did the installation.  Yes, the emblem was removed.

I wondered if that covered the emblem too.  Looks great, I ended up with the Street Glide option just before the MoCo released the OCD version for the bikes.

Love them both,  :2vrolijk_21:  I think I may remove the emblem as well, looks cleaner without it, IMO.

I like the look of that new chrome light and the Street Glide fender light too.  :2vrolijk_21:

For those of you who want more light but don't want to remove your emblem you can go the old way. The only change is the chrome slotted saddlebag filler strips vs. the painted ones. (you need the rear fender rail too.)

Roger,
You may want to run your hand on the underside of the fender behind that emblem. I think I remember when I was looking at my parts manual that it went all the way through the fender. Taking it off with the light/fender tip you used may leave a hole showing.

How does that not surprise me Gary?

I guess if it wasn't bolted on we'd all be bitchin' about someone peeling it off while it was parked somewhere.  Thanks for the heads up, I'll check it out.

The new style that 07HD110 looks good and so does the older style Streetglide light that Roger has.

I personally like the escutcheon Roger has above his light..  A lot better than the SUBTOTPB (or whatever Don named it) we have on the 05's..

The only bad thing about HD's LED's is that they are not very bright compared to Kuryakyn's taillights/turnsignals.

I have the Radiantz LED's in the turn and tails along with the strip on the tour pak.  I guess I had not pointed out that like the OCD version I purchased the new run/brake replacement LED from the MoCo for the extension and I am pleased with the difference in brightness between the run and brake brightness.

Very Nice!  The new chrome version reminds me of a Ceylon helmet from the old 'Battlestar Galactica' series.

I think the chrome one looks garish ... kinda like Honda chrome/ABS plastic. On the other hand, Rjobs light is subtle, tasteful and looks great. JMHO

Well I sure wouldn't.  I am still missing my goggles I lost in MV last fall.  I tried to order a new pair with my prescription and they don't do the CVO line in +2 - whatever that means.

Re the lights, they all look GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   :cherry: :huepfenjump3: :bananarock:

Hello VAEagle, I'm new hear and had a oh chit trailering misshap upon, of all things, bring'n  my bike home from just buying her!! I have a ugly dent/ chip on the middle bottom of the rear fender, right on the bottom edge.( arrrrgghh)
It really is small but I see it as big deal,of course. I like the trim solution in your picture and it looks great, might be the better of the two I've seen to choose from, do you by chance have the part # or any other info on it , so I can search for it? I did not find it in my parts catalog at the dealer? Thanks much, and hope to hear from you soon. My e-mail on the "outside" if you prefer is: ltbawb@aol.com

Roger,
I believe the part he's asking VaEagle about is the one that is on the fender below. :nixweiss: At least that is the picture in the post he (Ltbawb) quoted from.

Good morning FireDood,
you are correct the one you mention is the one i was looking into, the one from Roger, (Thanks Roger!)  :2vrolijk_21: goes too high up on fender, as i have the kurkyn plate frame that comes down pretty far. I guess from trying to follow the quotes, the one you mention is from a roadking series? or maybe just an multi fit, either way i'm going to be on the hunt, thanks for clearing up any confusion i might have caused. :)

LTbawb,
Just found what I think you're looking for in the P/A catalog. The P/N is 92091-03 "Rear Bumper Light Kit" $169.95 it is located on page #525. For some reason when I put this part number in the MoCo's website it's saying "your search returned no results..." You may want to look at the catalog and see if it's what you want and then contact your dealers parts department.

Fired00d is correct on the part number for the Rear Bumper light Kit LTbawb it is #92091-03.
You will also need part number #91023-79 which is the rear bumper rail itself. I don't remember how much it was though.
If you don't go any further you should be fine but I also got the nostalgia saddlebag rails and had to get the chrome slotted filler strips to fit the rails. I don't think you will need to change filer strips if all you want is the rear bumper rail and LED light.

Did they have to drill holes in your fender on the side to install that? The street glides I have looked at looked like they had to be attached by drilling holes in the side, 3 on each side. Whats up with that? I like the look, but dont want to be drillin holes.

No drilling into the SEUC.  The piece actually has a clip fit at the bottom of the fender and the rest of the sides were installed using 3M double stick tape as mentioned earlier here or in another thread.  It is a pretty simple addition and does not require drilling when the tape is used.

I have 800 miles through the rain and wind etc. and all appears normal.

I really like the street glide look, did it match the paint on your bike.
