Oh I'm sure you'll love your just as much as I love mine. Funny thing though. I've spent 4 years turning mine into a Street Glide, and they come out with one in 2006, at half the price I've put into mine. Oh well... I've done a few more things since these pictures were taken, so as soon as I get a few more, I'll post some fresh pictures

Bike looks awesome!!! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] Just goes to show that Willie "G"/MoCo isn't thinking all this stuff up on there own (2006 Street Glide). They are seeing what the average person is doing to their bike to customize it, then replicating/duplicating and mass selling. You should send a letter to Willie "G"/MoCo and ask for a percentage of sales off Street Glides to compensate for your creativity.

Some how I doubt Willie will be parting with any of his money! LOL  ;D But, it's been a great project. As you know these bikes of ours are never finished.

Thanks for the welcome... There's nothing I like more than a friendly site and a place to chat about what's near and dear to our hearts. I can't wait for the nicer weather to come, I've yet to view this creation in the actual sun light.

Thanks... It continues to be a work in progress. I have some plans for some metal work in the fall of 06. This year I won't be pulling it off the road so soon. I pulled her off the road in late August, and I could have road until the end of October. This fall I'll pull it late October, and have to work a little harder during the winter months to make sure she's ready for the January and March shows.

I just finished the tour pack and helmets to bring it all together.... I'm typing from Orlando tonight. My business takes me to the US always one week late for Daytona, It really pi$$es me off... Perhaps one year it will fall on the same week. Drove to Daytona, just to see if there was still anything going on. I feel like the guy in the Visa commercial - "One week late for the running of the bulls" "One week late for the Olympics" and still one week late for Bike Week.

Oh well... Sure beats the snow!
