This fix stops the rattle noise associated with vibration at low speeds and makes the WS more difficult to be stolen. I obtained a 1.5" stainless steel washer and a SS 8/32" (allen or torx) screw and a lock washer.  Drill  the washer and the WS frame, tap the WS frame for the 8/32" screw, blue Loctite and lock washer but don't reef too hard on the small screw as there are not many threads in the frame. A 10/32 screw would work also. I did this on the left side, the right side of a bike gets the most views, and when parked with front end turned to the left it isn't seen.
