Holy crap Batman :batman: was the seat on my SEUC as big a piece of crap as the SEEG seat.

No not that the seat is bad, it just won't work with my A$$.

I still don't have license plate (tomorrow) but I ran the bike down the street without it to my storage building where I had Mugnam, Naitram and Free's bikes stored for the Nelson ride. We're planning on setting up the Featherlite with the Condor's for the run to Sedona and we wanted to get the bikes in one place to load the trailer and set the chocks.

Just that short run convinced me I am screwed again.  New seat in my future.

After getting my SEUC seat rebuilt I had forgotten just how cramped the sitting position is on a stock bike.  Maybe it's just me but I need to sit farther back in the seat than the stock seat allows.  So the Nanner is going to Seattle before Sedona for a seat rebuild.  Either that or it will be in Sedona with a SEUC seat.

Dang, as I recall that was not an inexpensive trip to Seattle the last time I made it either.  Oh, which was a week before Cripple Creek.  These GTG's are spendy enough without setting up a new bike for them.

Clearview shield arrived today, 4 weeks and a couple days, not bad in my book.  They had estimated 6-8 weeks.

Regardless, it is here in record time and ready to head for Sedona :2vrolijk_21:

Also, add the Zumo 550 to the goodies acquired as well.

I hear you, for Sedona I am going with the SEUC on the SEEG and see if I like the set up.

I'll get a seat done when I get back.

With that yellow/silver paint job, I would love to see what Alligtor Bob came up with.
