'Rode my Bud's '06 CUSE without / with one of the "stiffeners" 'wasn't really impressed either time. 'Was really impressed with the GlidePros on both the '05 & '09, along with improved handling, the GlidePros made both bikes much smoother in the seat, bars and fairing.

Glide Pros are about the only thing I have not tried. I do have whatever the other polymer bushings are though, and I change out the swing arm bushings about every 20K or so.

Rear steer is no where near as bad as it use to be, but I still get a good wobble once in awhile, and a death wobble at least once a year.

Thanks for the honest feedback on the Traxxion/Bitubo's, 'Was considering them on the '09 SERG, but 'am very happy with the H-D Premium stuff.

Definitely no reason to spend $2000+ if you are happy with what came on the bike. Haven't tried it, but there are less expensive alternatives for the front end then the $1300 traxxion.

I'm done trying to make the bike ride better or be more comfortable with the exception of "maybe" trying a Mustang seat.
Just can't see dumping anymore money into it.

And thanks to our pols, my take home income has been a steady decline for the last 3-4 years, so a new bike is out of the question (which is why I refuse to ride anything newer then an 08)

150,000 Kilometers (94,000 miles) and all sitting on the stock seat :cherry:

That's amazing mileage, considering you're on an island!

http://www.vancouverisland.travel/regions/map-of-vancouver-island/

You must take many trips to the mainland, or know the island like the back of your hand.

Way to go!  Glad to see your baby has never let you down.

I'm still up in the air whether or not I should sell my '05 SEEG with only 77,000 on the dial... Since I got my '08 Duracell I don't ride the SEEG all that much, and I have been recently offered $19,000 for my beloved '05.

Hmmm, decisions, decisions... Should I or shouldn't I?

Keep on riding BT and I wish you many, many more trouble free enjoyable miles.  :2vrolijk_21:

48,000 on my 04. Had the cam chain done at 37,000 good thing I had it checked, it was almost worn thru. Other than a fuel injector gone bad it still runs like new. Great Motor. :2vrolijk_21:

It's hard to beat the original SE/CVO Electra Glides for style!

A keeper for sure!

You know I'll be there my friend, but as much as I hate to say it, I'll be trailering mine for the first time ever.  The old lady is coming this year and she won't ride that distance!

At least the SEEG's coming, and if your better half can't ride, that's a good e'nuff reason for the trailer.  Every year I think it'll be my last since I don't own a trailer either.....I think my SEEG's gonna outlast me.  har!  spyder

I'm thinking that since Randy named his bike Otis, you ought to name yours now that it's all hot-rodded out......maybe Jethro or sumtin like that.  ;)  har.  spyder
