Really good guy that was a friendly service writer at Phil Peterson north died Sunday in a motorcycle accident in Miami fla. I will miss him. He was a happy face that I saw if I had to take either of my bikes in for anything. I was away this weekend and he called me a few times to let me know what was going on with my bike. . Never thought that would be the last time I'd ever get to talk to him.  I never really added a new post and this section and I am finding out how hard it is to do.. This could be any of us who ride,,,   Ride safe,,,, RIP. Elwood.  :-\

Well, this was a crappy way to find out about this. No offense. Elwood was a good friend of mine for over 32yrs. We go back to the USMC together.

I know what you mean, this was my first time posting here. I'm very sorry about your friend. These are sad reminders of how quickly things in life can change. Rest in peace Elwood.

Don, I'm on the left and Elwood is on the right. That picture was taken in 79 or 80 in Jacksonville NC.

Yes, I agree. Thanks for all the kind words.  I haven't been by Phil Peterson since this has happened.  Not sure what can be said. It is though when you hear something like this when you are doing something that you totally enjoy.  :nixweiss:
