YEA, They have always treated me good, through the whole milk dude paint thing and eveything!!!! I recommend SIERRA VISTA HD in AZ Highly!!!!!!

Love to hear the good stories about HD shops doing the right thing.

Mrs we everyone is doing great!!! Gail fell over once, going about 2 miles a hour, was tring to teach her the up hill at a stop sighn thing, she failed the first try. lol but she got up and got right back on and made it the second time!!!! had to put a new shifter lever and cluth handle on her bike. lol but all is good!!!! Char is away at college right now so she hasen't been able to ride latly, but summer is coming will post a family ride when I can. TC that is great. A good dealer taking care of his customers.

With the economy slowing down and a ton of bikes sitting in the dealers warehouses, it looks like we might get treated like a customer again instead of just another sale!

The way all consumers should always be treated.  It does not matter what the expense is, the expense of taking care of problems is worked into the price.  Taking care of the problems makes for a happy consumer, they come back, they talk to friends...............   :cherry:

That's a wonderful dealership experience TC.  Congratulations.  I'm pretty sure the same suggestion to the local dealership would be met by a polite moment of silence followed by something being said to change the subject.
