Lowest price for 440 shocks?

Based on the input on this site, I know I will have to spring for some 440 HD shocks.  The best price I found was $399 + $23.27 for shipping to Colorado.  Anyone find a better price?  BTW this price is from Motorcycle Accessories.  I have their 800# if this is a good price.
