Clothing catching on fire? Come on..........seriously? All you need is a filing fee and an attorney, and you can sue for anything. The Land of the fee. Later--HUBBARD

I was contacted by one of those class action lawyer groups a few years back trying to convince me to jump on board. As much as I wanted to I declined and kept spending haha.

I imagine this will just be handled as a nuisance suit where Harley basically pays them to go away. Typical of class action suits these days, where the only people who actually get anything are the lawyers and perhaps the four original complainants. This type of suit isn't designed to actually go to trial; the lawyers want a quick settlement so they can count their money while searching for another opportunity to do it all over again. This is just further evidence that this country has way too many lawyers for the amount of legitimate work available.
