Does anybody know the status of the proposed legislation?  I believe if it was sent to interum study or to a commite to study it it would not go pass the House and go on to the Senate. Am I pretty close on this. I doubt this has a chance of passing but it can be pretty insightfull when considering the thoughts some of our elected officials have. If there is another hearing on it this year I will try to attend.

Returned from committee with the   ( inexpedient to legislate) . The bill will go to the House floor with this recommendation.
