Interesting, I have a few stock in HDI and I haven't received anything in the mail about this class action civil suit.  I guess we can expect something in the next week or so, huh? [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Reading that article it states the law firm started that lawsuit in May 2005?

Several firms had filed in different parts of the country claiming class.  All within six months or so of each other as I remember.  I don't ever remember reading news that the cases were either consolidated or that any class was ever certified.  Doens't mean it won't happen as these things can drag on for a long time.  But I don't remember anything "newsworthy" happening much since the original filings.

I've been involved with a few of these and your right it takes for ever to get money.  Emulex bought it at 70.00 on a Friday before close dropped 30.00 dollars a share the following Monday. Seems the CEO and other officers where hyping the stock and dumping shares at the same time.  Took four years but I did get back about 10cents on the dollar.  They never spent a day in jail as far as I know. Thiefs!
