2007 FXDSE Rear Turn signals

My rear turn signals loosened up.  I went to put some lock tite on them but I  cant seem to  tighten them up so the lens in in the correct position.   :-\It sounds pretty stupid.  One issue is when I bought the bike I had the shop add a detachable back rack/sissy bar.  So there are nylon spacers on the shaft to attach the rack.  HELP!  Dont want to totally embarras myself at the dealer.  The large nuts either tighteen the shft that runs into the fendoer or the other way it tightens the signal body.  I just cant tighten bothe

Problem solved.  Looked at mounting kit at dealer.  SO the big not needs to be unscrewed almost all the way off.  Behold two flat areas for a wrench to tighten the shaft.
