Ohhhh, that's 'clean'!  :2vrolijk_21: But, I can't even see the mirrors.  Got another pic of it?  :nixweiss:  spyder

The left hand grip is the hi low beam it has hydraulic clutch and of course master cylinder both lines are internal. This was built by my buddy Ken in Newport Washington, he builds 3 - 4 bikes a year and does incredible work also a good source of parts at a good discount. Just went down to see him and bought some of those new Lyndal ceramic rotors wow do they work, a bit pricy but do eveything they say no black dust from the pads and no fade, increased the braking by at least double.

Nice bike CB!!! :2vrolijk_21:

Damn, Pete now you, raving about these Lyndall rotors!!! More $$$! I'll have to find out if they have them for the V-Rod type rotors we have on the SERK. These have no inside carriages. The float directly on the wheel hub. The rear is a normal inside carriage type. ;)

Not sure I grab the concept of the ceramic rotors reducing brake dust.  :confused5: I guess they're not as abrasive, but how do they increase stopping w/o wearing down the pads (brake dust)?  Confused in my little mind.  :drink: har!    spyder

Check out the site it covers all the details. The ceramic is a composite not pure ceramic after a couple thousand miles of abuse there is not a mark on the rotors the material in the pads is a light color and doesn't seem to stick to anything like the black crap from my original PM brakes.

This is what the rotors look like after a few thousand miles and many hard stops from 120+ no fade at all after trying to get them to start glowing we really beat them up. Call Ken as thats who we got them from. kenart4@gmail.com is his email Lives outside Newport washington and owns river city custom cycles. I can PM his phone if you need it. Gives good discounts. Tell him Bob from Kelowna sent you.

The 'build your own' rotor on the Lyndall site doesn't offer the blue buttons option even though they show a blue button rotor example on the same page.  :-\ spyder
