That is a very large list of different beers :drink: Does the list also give you a running total of what you have spent :vrolijk27:

It's a shame I just now saw this! I am a craft beer fanatic.

Lately I've been hooked on Three Floyd's Zombie Dust, and Tall Grass Buffalo Sweat.

Not a real exciting photo, but figured I'd show off my beer list from a local bar called "The Tap". I joined 2 years ago almost to the day. 520 different beers so far in those 2 years, the list is over 6 feet long  :drink: :drink: :drink:

There's an app for that https://untappd.com/  :coolblue: :drink: :drink: :drink:

I've done the math assuming an average of 7 bucks per beer with tax. Let's just say, I don't worry about it anymore :)

Might be the best Italian version of an IPA...
At least the best I've found in Florence, so far... :drink:

Homebrew?

Yeah.  An Octoberfest brew for fall.  One batch still in carboy almost ready to keg & will brew another recipe next week sometime.  Have slowed down some only 8-10 or so a year now.

Looks great!

I was having an off flavor issue for a few batches that may have been bottle water related. Supposed to be natural spring water but who knows. I may send it off to Wards lab and have it tested.

I brewed a Bells IPA clone this past Sunday with a different water source (well water I had tested). So far so good on fermentation and aroma in my fermentation chamber.

ood luck on the water, sometimes water companies don't change out their filters like they should. Bells IPA sounds good!  Brewed an IPA today & my last airlock broke.  Glued it together, seems to be ok.  Have an order on the way already from Northern Brewer.

I know some brewers (yours truly too) that use a sanitized piece of foil over the top during fermentation. Just fold it into a square, spritz the contact side with no rinse Starsan and fold it over the top of the carboy tight. CO2 gets out, nasties can't get in. If you use buckets, I've seen brewers with decades of experience plug the airlock hole and just lay the lid loose on the top.

Thanks.  Have never had a batch get funky from bad/airborne yeast.  The foil deal is a good idea.  Our local homebrew supply store closed a few months ago.  Prefer to buy local, now am stuck buying online.

Rob thanks for the tip on the foil. It's working great, may start using this all the time on the carboy.  Have not needed a blowoff tube in years (since what is known as the Beer on the Ceiling Incident) and the foil would eliminate the need for that.

Cheers!  :drink:
