Affectionately known as the Puch (pronounced "pooch").....my worthless ex-brother-in-law had one back in the day.  Fairly decent bike for the times...unlike the worthless ex-brother-in-law.

My folks had two when I was a kid. The ones they had were actually mopeds. It was the first motorized bike I ever rode.

See, easy to customize into a bobber, just ride until everything you don't want falls off!

There was a article in Easyrider last year about the movie Riding Solo to the Top of the World. It was about a Indian photographer who rode a RE to top of the Himalayas. I sent away for it and have watched it several times. Great flick and a great bike to ride when your life depends on it. Watch this flick and make up your own mind on the reliability of this motorcycle.  Doc

HeHe!!! These are Indian! They're made in India! ;D

Kinda pieces of junk too! At least the new one I rode a few years ago was! ;)

Hoist! 8)

Once you change over the charging system then the scoot becomes a decent scoot.

Friend of mine has one with the hack and I enjoy the heck out of riding that bike :2vrolijk_21: around town....it is not a bike to go cross country with......unless you have 2 months to do so :coolblue:
