That compensator looks like an A2 suppressor, maybe just in the pic? Can't see top

Is that a reflex sight on there?

I think it is without the light filter right?  If so, did you mount it to the flattop adapter or did it come with it?

A friend gave me one and he had it mounted to a carry handle adapter + he had the flattop adapter with it. I took it off the carry handle and there are two roll pins that seem to really lock in place the sight to the mount. On the flattop adapter there are holes for these along with the base of the reflex. I don't know if I should tap these out and tap into flattop adapter or not. Could you check yours to see if they're installed?

Pete, I am not sure what you are asking, but I will take pictures of whatever you want.
Trijicon Reflex.

BTW, this is the 15 round Jersey compliant mag. The mag is cut down in length and the floor is riveted in, this makes it "permanent".

The original piece was an A2 suppressor. This is a replacement "legal" comp
This is the top, 3 slots. Interesting how the flash lit up the powder residue in the grooves.

Just screwing a comp on in place of the A2 piece does not make it legal. It still has to be pinned and welded. If you look to the left in this picture you can just see the welded pin.
No gas slots on the bottom.

Thanks, I google imaged and finally found a picture of the flattop mount alone. It had the roll pins installed that I showed in the first pic I posted. I just tapped them out of the carry handle mount with the other mount below they set into the flattop. So all together and good now. Just awaiting a gun to mount on  :wink2:

Open carry goes into effect next door in Oklahoma Nov 1st I believe!! What you gun lovers like me think about that? I have mixed emotions on that! Most of the time I think I'll keep mine hid!

I live in Oklahoma and will prob keep my hidden most of the time. Surprise is ususally and advantage. The open carry for me made me feel safer as far as over zealous LEO acting ignorant. Concealed here means you cannot even allow an outline of the weapon, or any part show at any time or it is not concealed. According to the judges that I ride bikes with. LEO is important but some use borderline stuff to ..............................well you guys know. Sorta like well one of your tag lights was out do you mind if I search your car. Yep does happen.

I have (just like most of you guys) nothing to hide but do not want to be picked on just for the heck of it.

My wife cuts a guys hair that's an ex-cop. He's actually the one that convinced me to get my conceal carry permit. He said with that any experience with law enforcement in a traffic stop would be more pleasant. Background checks been done etc... If your going to keep a gun handy he said be legal!

Well, that's surely 'logical'..........now, if only logic will prevail, at least most of the time.  spyder

Logic is a key word there Spydglide, along with common sense? I know a lot of good people that carry a gun in their vehicle without a permit! Their constitutional right, right? Wrong!! It is, but it's not? I was told by this ex LEO that there's a bunch of police out there and some young LEO's that don't want you carry a gun for any reason! Some, not all! But he stated that if the wrong officer pulls you over ( one like you spoke of or one that's trying to build a reputation as a hard $ss) and your carrying without that permit, he can if he likes run you right thru the ringer! Hope I never have to use any of my weapons and home or away, but I'm glad I have permission to do so, under even limited guidelines!!
