My wife carries the P238, we both like the way it shoots.

I have been wanting to get a P938 for me to carry in the summer.

I have been looking for several months for a P938, and the one pictured is the one I want.

Yea, the P238 shoots great.  Very accurate and low recoil for such a small gun.  I have read equally good things about the P938...it's only slightly larger from the spec sheet, mostly a bit thicker, but only by a small amount.

If Academy stocks them, they generally have decent pricing.  The usually only carry the base model though, so if you want two tone, or one of the other "colors", you'd have to go elsewhere.  Black works just fine though...

Guess I will have to check the nearest Academy once I get back on shore in three weeks.  Black works for me.  Its for carry, not show.

I am also looking at the 238. I am not sure I can get used to carrying it cocked and loaded with that safety. I am a novice at best.  In MA the 938 is not approved so thats a non starter unfortunately.  I have been looking at the SW Bodyguard 380.  Any other ideas.  Thanks

Ruger lcr in .38 spc...nice light carry, DA. 
If you can't kill em with 5 of those you need a machine gun.

I have the lcr too, ok piece but watch where your thumb is, becasue it is so small, it'll cleave a chunk right out of it (don't ask) thus my return to a hammerless wheel gun ....

I think the Mass peep hole compliance issue was fixed, you can see brass in the chamber on mine, ruger fixed it quickly, just like the drop fire issue.

22 mag wheels are fine too, just practice alot.
