Federal law says its ok as long as its shipped without hi-cap mags. I don't know if there is something with MA penal law that supercedes it though??

MA, similar to NJ & NY have their own laws that supersede federal. For example, you do not even need to a own a magazine to have an illegal CAR-15.

For that matter, in NJ, if you own or possess no firearms, it is still illegal to own +15 magazines. Some parts are also totally prohibited, such as a folding stock - no firearm required.

We're talking you get caught with this stuff and you are going to jail.

Holy-feces! I thought NY was bad. I know that if you have a legal pre-ban AR with a collapsible stock and if you also possess a post 94 that is compliant, they can bang you with a felony because you can potentially own an illegal AW because you have the components to do so.
 I really think you'd have to be doing something really dumb to be charged with that though. But as stated before the criminals don't care and they own em. Lucky for us, they don't practice or clean em so with any luck they miss on the first round and don't know how to clear the stovepipe on follow up

That's just disgusting. Is there any regulation against caliber? You could put a Beowulf .50 cal upper on an AR platform that can penetrate an engine block, still technically legal. But a .22 marlin isn't!?!

That's the reason I just ordered this for the new P238

Custom design... M-11...the brown/cordovan parts are Terju Lizard on both the holster and the mag carrier...

Meanwhile I use a pocket holster from Ritchies Leather that has a cover on the thumb safety so it doesn't accidently get moved while in the pocket.
