Pictures to come, Yellow SEEG
« on: May 19, 2005, 09:39:52 PM »

As any of you that have paid any attention to my ramblings know, I pick up my SEEG tomorrow.  I will be riding in the mountains to make a long return trip home, (about 150mi) tomorrow night.  I have taken some show pictures of my other bikes on the Colorado National Monument, which is only a few miles from home.  So, I will post on here some pictures that will be in brgiht sunlight, with a great backdrop.  If anyone will let me know what size to post so I don't blow them off the screen, it would be greatly appreciated.  I would like to be able to get some shots that will show those of you what the metal flake in this yellow is really like in the sunlight.

Why take the easy road?  I prefer to come
to a stop slidin' in sidways, hangin' on
for dear life, just so I am able to say;
"Man what a ride!"

Staying at or below 800 pixels wide keep the image from spilling over the screen and having to scroll to see it.  See this thread for more details: Adding an Attachment

Congrats on the new ride and we look forward to seeing the photos!

 Here's a Yellow story for everyone to enjoy, especially all you REDS.......... [smiley=shocked2.gif]

I saw Opee last Friday night and yes he was very happy about his new performance upgrades  [smiley=thumbsup.gif], however he said a new issue has arisen.  [smiley=confused5.gif]Seems he's been riding around town a lot with our friend Mr Jilly's who just bought a Yellow and people are all goo goo over the Yellow SEEG and recognize it as "the screaming eagle bike" [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]........  Opee claims he's been trying to point out to all the yahoo's that his Red is also a SEEG but they are slow to react  [smiley=oops.gif](damn drunks) [smiley=drink.gif]........ Opee said he will be tieing balloons to his bike next time he rides with Mr. Jilly's to try and attract at least a little attention [smiley=laugh.gif]........(his words not mine).

That's right, the red bikes are the sleepers.  The ones that creep up on you and crush your soul when you're sure that nothing bad can happen.  We're there when you're feeling safe and the reason you never will again.  We're red from the blood that comes from ripping out your beating heart and holding it before your still not quite dead eyes.   We're........   content; because we can be, we've earned it; and we know it [smiley=brood.gif]
