Both left and right turn signals at the same time will cancel or start the flashers

If that does not work pull the battery fuse hopefully that will reset the flashers when you plug it back in.

Okay!  Lights finally out!  oMG!!!  Is this normal?  Still going to the shop tomorrow.

Thanks for all your help.  Would never have thought of the fuse on my own.  Thanks all :)

How new/when is the last time you replaced the FOB battery?

Bike new last year, fob battery never replaced.  Should maybe look into that.  Thanks!

Same thing happened to me but fortunately I was at the dealer when it happened.
You are going to feel as dumb as me when you see this.
On the CVO conv. the emergency flasher is on the left side switch, not the turn signal switch...it is up by the headlight switch.

On my 2012 Softail the emergency flasher light switch is separate to the turn signal switches. It is by the run switch on the right side of the bars by the throttle. I think you have to turn the ignition on to cancel them.

As others said, flasher is a separate switch on the right side next to the start button.  I think we have all done the same thing, dealer had to show me where it was when I purchased the bike and could not figure it out. New technology, not the same as other Harley s !

The Harley directions are not really clear about this.  You do not have to push them at the same time.  You just have to have them on at the same time.  I am not sure this is your problem but to turn on and off the 4-ways.  With the ignition on just push and hold the left or right, then push the other side on.  Same to turn them off.

Mrs. C, maybe it would help if you would spell out exactly what model bike and year you're talking about.  I'm pretty sure I figured it out (2012 CVO Softail Convertible, right?), but obviously many responders think you have one of the bikes that uses the turn signal switches to turn the hazard lights on and off.  The guys who have the late model Softails with HDLAN are giving you the real answer - a separate hazard light switch, not the turn signals.
