Taken from another forum...

The HD Fender Base Plate Kit (51120-01A) & the Luggage Rack (51119-01A) are not supposed to work on the '06 VRSCSE2 but I moved mine from my '05 to the '06 with no problems. Small gap under the front 2" of the forks of the Base Plate but I put a rubber spacer under them (about 3/8") and it works fine. Can't see any space between the forks and the fender.

Hiya Dave.
Manchester is not too bad at the mo. Just waiting for the summer now so I can get out on my new bike. Really looking forward to getting up to Scotland on it. Only got the SE2  two days before Xmas (WHAT A NICE PRESI) so I havn't had much chance to ride. I was out all day yesterday (Saturday) the sun came out and stayed out, enjoyed that. I have found this site to be full of helpful people and its nice to here from  other old buggers like me that have the same thing in common, Harleys. Anyway you take it easy and enjoy your bike.
Regards.

Hey Jock,
I hear you dude, if I were a rich man I'd have every Screamin Eagle bike ever made in every color. Is yours an 06? How is the handling with the fat tire?

Hello chaps. Just thought you would like to see a pic of my new SE2 on the road. I absolutely love it to bits. I find the 240 rear end handles very nice. Maybe the rake of the forks helps.Still cant find a luggage rack though, that fits. Probebly be my last bike now cos Im'e 61 years young. Awwwwwwwwwww.
