VHS tape with fltrsei or fltrsei2

Ive heard some people that bought a new cvo road glide recieved a vhs tape containg info on there purchase.  Is this true?  What is on the tape and how do i get a copy?

Mike,

I purchased my FLTRSEI new in 2000, the only video I got was the "2000 H-D Premium Sound System" manual and video, Part No. 99464-00. However, it is NOT specific to the Screamin Eagle.
