Does anybody have an idea what an ideal temperature the bike should run at?  Both stock and after mods?

Just picked up my bike from the dealer after having the pipe fitted along with the SE race tuner.  Sounds and performance is awesome.  Night and day from the stock.  The looks of the 2-1 big radius also work really well on the bike.  Highly recommended.
