Spoke briefly with this young man at the 2010 Flood Run outside of St. Paul, MN last weekend. He knew what he had and was rightfully a very proud owner. Gave him a card and told him to check out the website. Told him about the efforts to track these bikes down.

is that the stock rear fender on that bike ?    I didn't know that it looks like the soft tail custom rear fender...... who knew
