Recently installed a cerakoted decatted header on the bike to replace the regular decatted header I had been running. When I decatted the original I cut out the backside to remove the cat and did not think about the fact I could have done the front side and the heat shield would cover it. Oh well wanted to do the cerakote inside and out anyway.
Still burning the header out so to speak so I rode down to the Back of the Dragon store to get a khalessi burger but the friggin food truck was not open. Oh well

Sonic here I come.

Yesterday morning, I replaced the dented and twisted front fender from the deer I hit September 11th on the CVO Road King.  Was shocked it came in so fast, less than four weeks.  Yet two months waiting and no new rotors for the 19 CVO.

Fender is on, looks great so I rode it 160 mile yesterday.  Colors are starting to get good.

Bike out of warranty in 3 weeks so yesterday made my appointment to put on TTS, Fullsac and get it tuned. Will see what this HD 131 kit will really do (or not)

I think it will pick up a good amount of Torque and HP.  The Fullsac MX headpipe does a very good job on big M8 motors.

Moonshine Harley davidson has lots of videos on You-tube about M8 exhaust and cams and other upgrades.  Most are very informative.  I already had the Fullsac MX head pipe prior to the video.  Very good comparison of it to the D&D 2 into 1 Billet cat which is one of the very best for the M8.  Fullsac holds it own for sure, and is not near as loud which for me is big, I ride my bike a lot, over 20K on this bike this year.

Engine light suddenly kept coming on with the code 1475 (Exhaust actuation position error) I'd clear it but shortly after it would return.
Removed the AEA (Active Exhaust  Actuator)  "what a performance pulling that unit out.

Found the outer cable housing had popped out of the cable fastener. After a good cleaning and lubrication to the cable and the active exhaust valve actuator
All's working freely now just the mater of reinstalling and a test run ,.....fingers crossed that was the problem.

I have a 2018 FLHXSE. I installed a Fuel Moto Jackpot XXX headpipe (allows use of the original factory heat shields) ceramic coated (HTC, best I can tell, it is Canada's retailer of Jet-Hot). I ordered a set of CVO mufflers off Ebay so I can keep my originals. I removed the baffles and put FullSac 2.0 cores in with TechMat. I installed a Fuel Moto modified High Flow K&N intake (claims 80% increased flow). This uses the stock cover with a new filter and backing plate. Installed a ThunderMax tuner with base map. Finally, I installed a Fueling vented dipstick. I noticed a fair amount (imo) of oil in the stock filter when I swapped the intakes. I am hoping this will help with that issue. I put about 50 miles on this new setup. It feels healthy and I am hoping it will get better as it dials in. Bike is still pretty quiet (coming from someone that rides a ThunderHeader on their other bike).
