Title: Russell Moccasin Company riding boots
Post by: 16HD117 on July 26, 2007, 03:13:25 PM
If you have a problem finding boots that fit properly and want a pair that are VERY comfortable check out Russell Moccasin Co. at:
http://www.russellmoccasin.com/boots_motorcycle/motorcycle_menu.html

I've used their hunting boots for years and have a pair of their TLC Rider lace ups on order.  The hunting boots (Stalkers) are way more comfortable than any pair of sneakers, Rockports, Echos etc. that I have owned!  They are hand made which makes them a little pricey, but, when you put them on and take about two steps you'll agree that they're worth every penny!

Can't wait for the riding boots to arrive!

Very nice, Tommy.  What model did you order?  I like the lace up waterproof, TLC model...

Great looking boot. They may be what I'm looking for.

I can also vouch for Russell's  footware as I currently have five different pair of their offerings. Worn them for over ten years. Had one pair of moccasins resoled three times, and may go for number four. Been putting off ordering a pair of their riding boots mostly because of the lead time which I believe is now well over a month. Keep hoping that I'll see a pair in my size on their list of 'specials' on their website.
Good stuff indeed.

I have a pair of their Sturgis riding boots. I have had them resoled once so far. One road trip it rained for 3 days. Finally at the end of the 3rd day, just a little bit of water made its way in. Excellent boots and great customer service.
