Just got word today that it shipped yesterday Hurray! Looks like they are only running 5 days behind. Should be ready to pickup the 15'th or so depending on how long it takes the steeler to install the HD 6 speed & chrome primary cover .

SanJoseDuke

That's great news Duke, I have a feeling there is another bling party coming.........

Hey Rick... so it arrived today! That is so cool. And whats even better is that on the pool I happened to have picked today. The official winners are...... bgregston and mtncop73!!!

The pool amount is only $20 bucks (the $20 you put in).

So you owe me $10 bucks!

Congrats Dakota, I am picking mine up today. (If I can make it across the passes). I also talked to the dealer yesterday and had them install the SERT. [highlight]They should have the DYNO sheet [/highlight]when I pick it up. Keep us posted on the bike, post pictures!!!!
Rick

Hi Rick - is this a brand new bike you are talking about? [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

If so is it wise to have it do a dyno run so early in life?? [smiley=nervous.gif]

Cheers

I saw a fellow picking up a crimson and slate bike in Plainfield , Indiana today at the Westside Harley dealership. I looked at the saddle bags closely and they looked fine. Very nice looking bike. He did not have any add ons yet. I told him about this web site.

It's good to see some are arriving! Dealer said mine shipped yesterday but he does not have a V.I.N. for it yet [smiley=nixweiss.gif]. I'll find out for sure in about a week I guess.

Called my dealer yesterday, he said the status had changed to 'reserved' which he said meant the bike had been completed and was waiting to be loaded on a truck for shipping.  He again confirmed the VIN would show up in the system once it was on the truck.  Hopefully it will show up next week sometime.  BTW, the scheduled ship date was still showing 4/4.

Sorry for Disappearing...I trailered the bike home yesterday, and rode today. GZot home about 4:30 this afternoon and spent the rest of the evening putting on the LED's I got from Hd-Dude. THis bike is the most incredible ride ever. We rode through Glenwood Canyon today...what a day. I will have pics soon. Thanks for thinking about me today, I am surprised you were not out riding today?.

Hey mtcop,

I see you said you were having the SERT installed.  Did you also do the air cleaner and pipes?

Picked mine up yesterday in Minneapolis and trailered it home. Got about 100 miles on it.  Great ride but it will take some getting use to.  I need to forget about how my Road King sat and rode.  My RKC was really comfy.  I'm sure in time the SEUC will feel the same.

[smiley=nixweiss.gif]I asked the same question....what I was told was, the dyno will be used to set the SERT and make sure the bike is running the way it should be. There will be NO high speed or high RPM dyno run until breakin is complete. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
