Put in my destination and once I know where is was I wasn't able to cancel the route, she kept talking.
Couldn't find a cancel route menu.
This on a 2014 CVO.

Very simple.  While looking at the map, toggle over to the right side to an icon made up of three parallel lines and select it.  You will then see an option for "STOP".

Thanks, it helped me also.  Mine said exit instead of stop.  No more voices.
