Thanks, I will check that out.  I have been thinking about this since the moment I test rode her.....only two decent options I can come up with are a shoulder holster under my jacket, and some type of custom tank bag/holster that allows immediate acces but doesn't print.  Idk....I will continue to shoulder and appendix carry until something better presents itself.

I know this is a very long thread and many side discussions have been brought up, but weapon carry on bikes have been discussed in the past with various viewpoints offered.
Just my .02 based on about 36 years of carry so far. You should strive to always carry your weapon on the person so you have physical control and speed on your side. When you put a weapon on a bike it is slower to reach and you run the risk of theft unless you get a vault to secure the weapon. That of course means a lack of speed if needed in a hurry.

I am seriously looking at this vault. Not so much for carry as a safe place to lock up my glock if I need to.  Now personally I'm not a fan of appendix carry. Especially while on the bike. It will almost always print. I carry a glock 23 in a Galco "Miami classic" rig. It is very hidden under my leather vest as well as most comfortable/ non restrictive. Just my .02

I carry IWB with a holster from Cross Breed. The leather is Horse Hide so it doesn't soak up any sweat and the kydex really retains the weapon well. I opted for the super tuck with the high leather piece so that the beaver tail doesn't poke my fat. I did the Iron Butt saddle sore 1000 while wearing it and didn't have any discomfort wearing the holster. Like the commercial says "never leave home without it".

I am down to just one Kimber, the others have been replaced with a Les Bear Stinger, a Ed Brown Special Forces, and an Ed Brown Elite Centennial.  I now have my sights on getting a Wilson Combat 1911.  Saving for it, think it will be Christmas to me next year.

Had the opportunity to get out yesterday and shoot this.  Shoots, and handles different than my Kimber 5" Raptor.
Like the feel of the feel of the grips, and very smooth trigger pull.  First shot was a 1/2" from bulls eye. Not sure of the front green sight yet, may have them changed out. 

Dave, I am one of them that dont spend a little on alot of guns, I spend alot on one...

I have a few Wilson CQBs. If you are of "bulls eye" it's you not the gun.

Ditch the green front sight. Get a black post. Everything else is gimmicks. Although I have night sights on one of mine it's in reality not very useful as a civilian.
