Not a very good picture...one of my Colt's I keep in the Safe.  Python, 4", blue steel.  Think I bought this gun in 1985.  Smooth action.  Later--HUBBARD

What do you carry when you are riding b*tch?  From the photo it looks like something small cause you're having a hard time finding it!

Not hardly, einstein.  You remind me of the so-called pundits in the liberal media....always taking something out of context to disparage a red-neck Republican.  Actually, I was sittin' on it.  There endeth the lesson.  Later--HUBBARD

That's a beautiful collection, Carl...one that any liberty-loving patriot would love to have!   :2vrolijk_21:
The Python's a classic.  Don't ever get rid of it!
I have two Kimber's myself, and a slew of others.  Got em strewn out all over the house, but that's the way we roll here in Arkansas!

Thanks!  One of my friends has been after me for years wanting that Python.  It's perfect.  It's got the smoothest action of any gun I've ever fired.  'Course, I've always been partial to Colt.  Later--HUBBARD

I saw old Hickok45 do a video of one on YouTube.  You could hear the reverence in his voice for it, that's for sure.
I'm partial to the .45ACP round, myself.  I used to carry a Sig P238 everywhere cause it's just so darn easy to conceal.  But dang, there's some situations out there where'd you just get laughed at for a barrel hole that small if you know what I mean.  I figure a roughly 1/2" hole with the laser from a Crimson Trace Grip will be a lot more convincing.
I'm like you.  The world's too crazy and people too unpredictable to not carry everywhere you go.
Heck, I keep one in the kitchen.  I love to cook, and at first my (new) wife looked at me and chuckled about it, but now she's used to seeing pistols, rifles, shotguns, you name it.
Wouldn't be without 'em.

The Python is a classic for sure and smooth as glass.  Another I throw into that category is my S&W M27 with 3 1/2" barrel.  Odd barrel length for the model, also had a five inch, pretty rare even back when I bought this one in the early 80's.  This one was made in 1956 and is all original except for the grips.  Action is crisp and greasy slick!

I obtained a Kahr PM45 as I too am partial to the 45ACP. Very small and concealable for a large caliber. Just wish the mag held more (5). With +P ammo it has a nice "snap" to it. :)

What about a longer mag for that Kahr?  They make an awesome handgun.
I've been thinking about an H&K 45C (not the USP model).  But then I look at the full size and I'm torn.  Gotta love the grip on the bigger one.

Don't sell that Python cheap. Have you seen what they're going for now ? I wish I would have bought one to go with my S&W 27.

I am sure someone thinks I am an ass for pointing this out but handguns don't have grips. It's called stock.

And while I am at it. Pistols don't have clips. Only hillbillys a or Hollywood moviemaker think this is so.

Revolvers have clips, or in some cases moon clips.

What about a longer mag for that Kahr?  They make an awesome handgun.
