Hi Stash,

What part of Canada are you from.  I was born in Nanaimo, BC, raised in Northern Saskatchewan and when I was old enough to pick the place I'd live the rest of my life, I moved to Vancouver, BC. 

Life is funny how it deals hands to us, and I married a great American man, who has just finished serving 22 years in the US Army.  We now live South of Richmond VA.  We were lucky enough to meet some of our CVO friends in Nelson, BC on our bikes last summer.  Sure hope you enjoy your stay here.  Don't worry about the cold, it goes away and the riding is great.
