Rinehart 2-2 Opinions
« on: March 29, 2011, 10:07:45 AM »

Has anyone tried the new 2-2 Rineharts? Also if you have experience with the crossbacks, please chime in.

I'm looking at 2-2 because I like the look so please lets keep on the 2-2 pipes. Usually these topics drift into why the 2-1 are better performance wise but I'll give a little up for the look.

I installed the true duels and 4" mufflers on my FLHXSE2 along with a SE tuner and K+N filter.  This bike runs great.  It was a nice power upgrade and it sounds like a harley should.  It's not to loud either.  Just a nice deep rumble.  After getting used to the looks of the crossover I decided I like the look better that a lot of the other systems out there.  You won't go wrong with Rinehart.

I called Rinehart about thier 2-2 pipes and they recomended the crossbacks. The new Churchill exhaust is still being redesigned. It's really just a longer version of thier 2-2 pipes I think.

Anyone running the crossbacks on a modified 110? I have the stock headers and Bub 7 slipons currently and they are holding me back on the top end. My dealership ran cycle shcks w/o baffles and gained 14 HP.

What size are the crossback primaries?

I run the crossback on my 09 Springer .

They are a great looking set of pipes , No problems at all ,  quite loud but they came with two sets of baffles , but both seem like the same volume .

I had the BR 2 into 1 but i didnt like the look and the sound , the rineharts win hands down .

Zinister did you go with the crossbacks? and if so are your numbers good? I have an 08 springer with woods 555 and 10.5 to 1 pistons,V&H big radious can only get 93hp 112tq. Like the look of the crossbacks but don't want to buy and end up with the same numbers. Thanks

I haven't made the jump yet.

I have heard a set on a moded 103 and they sound good but I don't know if the performance is there yet.
