Title: New Mods for Bike
Post by: Byrddogg on June 27, 2014, 01:23:40 PM
Put Dark Custom timing and primary cover. Had custom handbars made by a guy i met, he had them powdercoated. They have an 8 inch rise. Didn't have to change any cables.

Custom bars. Seen these on a bike at Four Rivers in Paducah, Ky. Parts guy there gave me guys name. I called him and he wouldn't tell me who made them, but he got me some. Said he customizes bike and didn't want name out there. Likes having not very many floating around. So I can't tell you who made them.

Nice looking bike! I saw you change the seat, is it comfortable? I am looking into one like that for the wife, you have the model number, and if you had to take the two support lines it comes with to be able to install it ....

I'm not one to like a blacked out bike, but yours is beautiful.  I could ride that one. Nice job.

What do you plan on doing with the stock timing cover?

As posted in another thread on here.  The new 120R was put in.  So have been adding some chrome to her.
Transmission top cover, Clutch release cover, and just replaced the HD Breather with the Wimmer Better Sucker.
Wanted to show off the front cylinder more with this type of breather, not losing any hp/trq.

Seat is a Sundowner. Had handlebars put on at Bud's H-D in Evansville, Indiana. Other cover is in building with the rest of the stock stuff. Thank for likes on pics. Last one was taken on vacation in July in Arkansas.  Got caught in rain and stopped at a cabin no one was renting and chilled out on the porch for about an hour.
