Been poking around for a few months asking questions while waiting for the bike to show up.
I traded my 14sgs and a 07 Street bob towards it. Dealer was initially slotted to receive the orange model, so he called seeing if he could get it changed. They were able to get the color changed to the one I wanted before it hit paint. We were expecting it to arrive mid January, however it arrived two weeks after the call was made! Right before Christmas it showed up. I was able to get down there (about an hour drive) and sign yesterday. I won’t pick it up until the spring, not sure how long this winter will last.
I got it (and all my other bikes) from Cody at Metro Harley in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Always treats me well and makes sure I’m leaving happy! He even took the parts I wanted off my SGS that I wanted for the cvo and put them on for nothing. I wasn’t aware the bike came with saddlebag liners, a cover, 6 months of xm, and the Bluetooth headset at no additional cost. That was a pleasant surprise. He’s checking on the “golden key”... I told him I heard you had to contact the factory for that so he’s looking into it.
