I have had a couple 20S now for going into 3 years.  More than any reading or instructions YouTube has been my go to for resolving any issues.
Are you using open face helmets?
My wife had the open face and we never resolved the wind/open mic problem.  Now both of us have modulars and have never had an issue.

I found out what the problem was, on the wireless setting on my boombox I had the system set for enabled and it wouldn't pair, so I turned the enable off then on again and it paired no problem. So thanks again for all your help :orange:

Just curious about your Sena 20S's that you've had. Have you used them to make commands using the handlebar button, ex. show map or tune to (radio station) ? If you have, did you experience any problems with having the commands actually work at highway speed? (60-70mph) You mentioned you are using modular helmets so maybe that's the key here? I'm using an open face helmet and can get the commands working ok at about 30mph but above that nothing.

Thanks

Howard

Sorry Howard I pretty much don't use the voice commands.  I really don't have any information for you on that particular feature
