Are you referring to oil temp. in the oil bag or in the motor?

Roger McEwan makes an oil temp guage that mounts in the dash (in place of the air. temp. guage) and the sensor goes right into the case.....the plug in the bottom.

Of course, the oil in the two different locations, is two different temps.

the bag, I would imagine most of us dont have the in dash temp gauge yet. Does he make them with different color faces? I have the white gauges. Do you have any idea of the difference in temps between the bag and the cases? How do you get ahold of him?

Roger McEwan = mcewan@sbcglobal.net or  (909) 736-4421.

I'm thinkin these two polls would have got a lot more response in the "General CVO Discussion".  Let me know, if you would like for me to move it for you.

Had mine hit 270 in Laughlin in stop and go traffic before the bike shut down [smiley=nervous.gif]. Mine normally runs between 220 and 230 deg.

I noticed a vibration at about 2800 rpm. Don't remember if that was there before or not?! [smiley=nixweiss.gif] I'm going to change the oil and have the dealer give it a test ride.

Highest mine has been so far is 206...that is with the digital dipstick.  I figure that the actual reading is a bit higher.
