1 Dead, Multiple injuries, 1car 5 bikes

Bad multiple bike and one car accident on road to Santa Domingo Pueblo and Chociti Lake.

 From local weatherman, motorcyclist and preacher, Steve Stucker.

Just back from hospital. One death so far, plus 2 or 3 amputations. My friend Deb is in very serious condition,  showing stable signs, but lots of pain in her leg.  While her leg surgery went ok, she is still in great danger.  I was able to speak w her & pray for her & the others.  Hoping it was an encouragement.  As incredibly difficult as this has to be, she has a mission she wants to accomplish; she knows she has good reasons to fight through this, still lots to live for.  Please pray for her & all the others.  Even those who were unhurt or had relatively minor injuries, are going through a lot of mental anguish.

Praying for all involved.

Very sad.
The link states that one of the gals that had an amputation was also involved in a motorcycle accident in 2011 in which she lost her husband.
