I know a few company’s out there are changing the colors of Harley gauges, but has anyone ever changed the color from red of their lighted CVO tank emblem?  Bill

The 2011's were suppost to come with a light in the console but they rushed them out the door and the light was never installed. When the 2012's came out a few of us got the light and installed it. There is a tread on this mod.

But then I remember someone with a 2011 Greenie and he had the light modified to light up green instead of red. So it can be done.

I did that on '11 Krypto.  Basically I ordered the dash, insert, and light for 2012.  I also purchased a set of small green led's, cut the wires on the HD light and wired the green led's into the plug.  Simple. :cucumber:

Reply 382 on this thread shows the green one.

Went over the thread, Illuminated console. Boy did we go thru hell to get that thing to light up...lol.

I remember when Travis did his green version.  Was an easy enough little task.  Didn't take long at at all and worked great.
