LED Headlamp option for Rushmore Road Glides
« on: June 17, 2018, 04:27:00 PM »

There is finally option for a projector style LED headlamp for Road Glides. From Custom Dynamics, plug and play.  It looks promising. I really like my SERG but have never been thrilled with the reflector style LED lamp. After my 2012 Skunk all other lights can’t hold a candle (pun intended).
I can’t seem to post pictures as the file is too big.
You can see it listed as a TruBEAM  headlamp on their website.

There have been good LED options for the Road Glides for awhile for less cost than the Custom Dynamics lamp.  Have no doubt the CD lamp set is a good one (they tend to offer good stuff).  Rider can save a little money there if he wishes.

Twolane, Do you know who else makes them? I’ve been looking for a while and this is the only one I’ve found for a 15 and up Road Glide.

My apologies.  This has come up before and I made the same mistake then also.  Didn't notice it was the newer (and oh so cool) Road Glides being discussed.  The aftermarket options have been out there for the prior bikes.  I've not seen anything for the 15 and up bikes prior to your scoring this new Custom Dynamics option.  So good score!

No problem, I’ve been looking for a while and I’m happy that at least one option exists. I’m guessing, hoping, others will follow like JW Speaker and such. Time will tell.
