If you CALL Harley and Raise enough HELL they will send you the printed GTS Manual I have one in hand.

I was lucky, I got one with my 2019.  However my dealer did say that Harley was no longer going to ship he manuals for the GTS with the bikes.

I was surprised to hear that too, I got one, but I have 2 brothers that bought 2019 non CVO's and they were told by that the dealerships no longer receive the manuals.
