Longhorn HD has a new SERG that has Bassani pipes on it. Has anybody seen that bike and can tell me how they look? I forgot to ask the salesman if they were black or not. I wonder how loud they are. Any input on this would be appreciated. Thanks, T.

I have a set of new in the box chrome megaphones. Box has been opened but the mufflers have never been installed. Part # FLH-517. I have not heard them but I bought them on a recomendation of another SERG owner who loved his. Said he got compliments all the time. I have decided that I can't decide what I want to do yet. Selling these until I come up with a solution.

I have a 2009 SE Ultra, I put on the Bassoni True Dual and Megaphones and Race Tuner. It takes the Pipe out from under the Frame. The right side pipe comes along the frame and the left pipe crosses over and out alongside the Passenger Footboard. They do sound good and I will say they are very DEEEEEEP & THROATY.  A buddy of mine has the same Mufflers, but stayed with the original factory pipes, his also sounds good, but is abit quieter. Both have around 1,000 Miles, Mine have not discolored but his right side pipe has Blued some.

Just got back from the Dragon. Saw a set of the Bassani' Megaphones on a RG standard but did not get to talk to the owner. They sounded great and looked very nice. The Dragon is quite a challenge. Did it twice same day and also rode quite a few miles in the surrounding mountain areas. Beautiful part of the USA.
