Can someone please lookup the part number for 1999 FXR2/3 top riser clamp where indicator lights sit?

I can look up the one for the FXR4  ..... would that help ?
 
I don't know if it's the same clamp .......... are your blinker indicators, neutral and oil light in that top clamp ?  If yes, prob the same as the '4'

No, it's different, remember we discussed this?  That's why I made that piece, to hide the ugly indicator assembly.  The 1999 has the indicator raised up which conceal most of the assembly underneath.  The 2000 was designed with the riser area covered, the 1999 had it open, so the clamp was made to hide more.

I have the  99 FXR2 parts book in front of me right now.  The HD part number for the top clamp is 56003-99
