Chrome Exchange
« on: February 05, 2006, 01:34:21 PM »

Has anyone dealt with a chrome exchange company before?
I'm thinking about swapping out my front brake calipers for chrome ones. Don't want to pay HD the big bucks. So I was thinking of going with www.highlustrechromeplating.com
It would be 300.00 for the pair + stock calipers.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Grover

This might be alittle cheaper. Call Bill at www.chubbycustoms.com (417) 655-0404, he is the owner. He does this with Browns Plating in Paduca KY.. Tell him Scooter said hey.

Yes. I have had many many parts done there over the years. The quality is varied. By that I mean I have had great patrts and also had stuff that flaked by just by looking at it wrong. Only being about 10 minutes from me I go there and inspect anything I get from them very carefully. If you would like to try them PM me and i'll do the inspecting for you
