i2zh2o,

I am having a Jims 120 c/w SBC Vortec Headwork being done right now. also going with Wild Things 57 MM Throttle Body with upgraded injectors.

Presently have the Freeedom Cycle True Duals which were on the SE 103", have a set of RB Racing LR 2:1 Blackhole on order will put them on when they arrive beginning of May.

Hopefully will be ridng the bike with the Jims 120 next week in Phoenix.

Just installed Boarzilla on my Jims/SBC 120". Lost the big tq. dip I had with Rineharts.
I will post dyno sheets later. ;D [smiley=banana.gif]

First runs Rineharts with 2 1/2" baffles.
Second runs Rineharts with 2 1/4" baffles.
Third runs D$D Boarzilla.
All runs are fourth gear SAE not STD.

Nice numbers. Are you going to run the Rhinehart 2 1/2" baffles? Any other changes to the drive train?

I would be interested to know how you will get the 57mm Kuryakyn throttle body to work with the Jims 120. I wanted one of these also and had Tman install it for me but he had to take it off because of air leaks. The thing seems to be that the Jims engine is just slightly taller than a stock harley so that the manifolds are too short. He told me there was an outside possibility you could get away with it but he didn't feel it would be a quality job so we switched to the HPinc 56mm. Being the curious type I phoned Doug Lofgren at WCT who works for Kuryakyn and he told me that was correct the Wild Things TB will not fit (at least without some other mods) to the Jims 120 motor. Someone on another board told me that JIms makes a spacer for this application?

Jims 120 by TMan performance
TMan heads, 650 gear drive cams, fueling pump and lifters,30 degree domed pistons, 11.4/1 static compression, 200 lbs cranking pressure, HP inc 56mm TB, crank welded by falicon,Boarzilla pipe, no dyno yet (snow!!)

Hogasm The Rineharts has to much dip in the low end. Boarzilla will stay.

I can't really answer that since I haven't had it dynoed in a while and  after a few add on's .... one thing is your riding habits, and one thing is for sure, that I know, is that I like to ride hard when ever I can and another one is I have never seen a drag bike with two into one pipes at least not recently... as soon as I put in this new Rivera-TPP variable pressure clutch in I take it down to Suberban Harley and wak the stick a few times to see what happens. Your right you never see a drag bikes riding around in 5th gear but then again we don't live in Kansas hehehaha!! I do know one thing you won't be dissapointed with that stroker, I do know that they do want to breath, with the cam I have and the low gear ratio, first and second are almost inpossable to stay in the seat but once you master it ... it's like no ride you have never taken, just think 6 gears in 8 seconds [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

It does have a slight dip between 2800-3000 right befor the cam kicks in, other then that it has a nice curve but I know I could do better, I going to pull out the race baffels just fot chit and grins and see what happens, maybe I have to much back pressure cause I noticed when I bolted up 2 90 degree exhaust tips the dip got even worse, sure wish this weather would clear up we had some of that whit stuff come down yesterday [smiley=nervous.gif]
