Went to t-max semiar at cinci. and they have some new things adding to the fbw (cable at latter date) these options will be changeable from throttle and clutch lever sequences. 6 maps storage (to change as needed when bike stationary),adjust idle speed,adjust speedometer. these firmware upgrades will be availible after daytona. they will also improve e-mail support and install tech documents for a list of problem fixes. jdo

Thanks for the info.
Just to make sure I am following you correctly these are updates that will be available to us with current FBW Tmax's as opposed to a new updated FBW Tmax unit.

they said a firmware upgrade to our fbw units is all it will take ,the older gen 2 cable is being wroked on. jdo
