How to raise my handlebar just 1 inch?

I know we discussed this before but i couldnt get an answer and my problem persist.To remind you guys i need to raise my handlebar just about an inch or even less to install a headlight nacelle.I know txfatboy

Altug, I dont think you can raise them an inch without replacing the risers, and I havnt found a set yet that will fit with our tach setup. I have however seen at least 3 of our bikes with nacelle's. Get the phone number from TX to his dealer and see if they will talk you through the process. Also let me know if you need that MAP.. I'll send it when your ready...

My thunderheaders just arrived but they are still at the customs.I hope to clear them next week.All i need now is SERT and will be ordering it today so should get it next week too.I will need to get the map soon.If you could provide it i would apreciate.Thanks so much for helping me out.

I solved the handlebar raising problem and installed the nacelle.Didnt have to buy risers or change any wires and cables.Will post the pics tomorrow. [smiley=drink.gif]

well here are few pics with the nacelle installed.I have custom made two disks with 2 cm high with a 13 mm diameter hole in the middle and had to buy longer screws to put them under handlebar.Didnt have to change any cables.Now the tach doesnt touch the nacelle theres about 1 cm in between.I dont have close ups but will take a few detail shots later.

I guess he liked the ride.You can see the distance between tach and the nacelle.

Try using Irfanview it's a free program that I use. Real easy and works great. www.irfanview.com size your pics to about 580 x 420, this size works great for all forums. :) Sandy
