ceej, its a flash video file, it can downloaded, but the problem is playing it back, you will need a flash player. (which you can purchace), another option is to convert it to an avi file and then you can play it with windows media player, unfortunatly the converter cost money too, I went to a web site that had one witha demo version but the video lost alot of quality in the translation. the flash player may be the best option.

Pull it away from the wall. There will be wires running out of the back. Pull all of the wires that end at the wall out of the wall plugs. Flashing should cease immediately.

Trade it in for a DVD recorder. They set the time for you.
